1. Are you accepting new patients?
At this time, we are unable to accept new patients. We appreciate your understanding and will update our availability if this changes in the future.
2. How do I book an appointment (for existing patients)?
Existing patients can book by calling 053 9422888, emailing info@goreydentalpractice.ie, or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram.
3. What should I do if I can’t make my appointment?
Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. You can cancel or reschedule via phone, email, or social media.
4. Do you accept medical cards?
No, we are not a medical card practice.
However, we do accept PRSI dental benefits for eligible patients. Contact us to check your entitlements.
5. What if I need help outside of opening hours?
Existing patients can email us or send a Facebook message, and we will respond as soon as possible.
6. Do you treat children?
Yes, we provide dental care for patients of all ages, including children’s check-ups and preventative treatments.
Dental Emergencies
In the case of a dental emergency, we are doing our best to triage and accommodate patients on the cancellation list based on urgency.
Please note that severe pain, swelling, infection, and dental trauma will be given priority, as these are considered the most urgent cases.
We understand that your concern is important, and we are not dismissing your situation. However, we must manage emergency appointments based on clinical urgency to ensure the best care for everyone.
